Customized Billing- TMG will format the invoice to the customer desires. The billing is flexible and can adapt to any changes needed by the customer.
Customized Ordering - TMG offers clients a variety of ordering methods and customer support throughout the ordering process.
Custom Reports - Custom reports are designed for complete flexibility. They provide you with the information important to you’re your organization. You can combine the information you feel pertinent in any format to provide national, regional or local visibility. And if your needs change, we change with you!
Nomenclature Benefits - Nomenclature can be customized to include specific part numbers, product types, purchase orders, location numbers, and/or whatever data you feel is important. This eliminates confusion and makes processing your invoice easier.
Invoice Validation System - TMG’s Invoice Validation System enables local branches to view and approve purchases before paying. The system emails a URL to each branch location which only links to the local branch’s billing. If there is a billing discrepancy, simply click “not approved” and our system is notified. TMG researches the issue, corrects the discrepancy, and notifies your personnel of the change.
Electronic Data Interchange (EDI) - If you are EDI capable, TMG can work in conjunction with your current system. This option greatly reduces data entry and manipulation.
Electronic Funds Transfer (EFT) - If you prefer to process payments electronically, you can use online banking or a credit card
