Invoice Validation System - TMG’s Invoice Validation System enables local branches to view and approve purchases before paying. The system emails a URL to each branch location which only links to the local branch’s billing. If there is a billing discrepancy, simply click “not approved” and our system is notified. TMG researches the issue, corrects the discrepancy, and notifies your personnel of the change.
Electronic Data Interchange (EDI) - If you are EDI capable, TMG can work in conjunction with your current system. This option greatly reduces data entry and manipulation.
